These are pretty versatile for making med time more tolerable. When I was on pimobendan pills, Dad would crush them up into a powder and massage into this pill pocket. He called them “pimo balls,” but whatever, I gobbled them up like a treat!

OMG these are my favorite! I used to gobble these up before I had some teeth removed. Now I enjoy them crushed into powder which is sprinkled on top of something moist. This works very well for smothering capsules, or even plain as a chaser after those nasty oral medicines. (Gross!) I heard Dad mumble something about low sodium and the cardiologist.

Ugh I really hate this thing! But occasionally it’s a necessary evil. This one works well due to its long length and easily holds size 3-5 capsules.

My favorite size of capsule is NONE, but this is my second favorite. Dad puts whatever he needs to into one of these bad boys, slathers it with a lickable treat, then tops with crushed Temptations powder. I just gobble the thing right down! He thinks he’s pulling a fast one and sneaking a pill without me noticing. Mostly I humor him, but every once in a while I’ll spit one out to keep him on his toes.
