The first time Dad opened these up, I followed him around the house begging for a whole hour! I personally don’t like to eat these on their own, but I do enjoy having some ground up and mixed in my food. Dad likes that these help with B vitamins and iron.

We’ve not used these, but apparently you can put them in food and they’ll dissolve in seconds. The inactive ingredients are safe for cats.

This helps me keep the anemia away. I take it every day mixed in food and don’t even notice it. It’s odorless and tasteless.
